Ryedale Training Services is an Approved Learning Provider for the Ministry of Defence's Enhanced Learning Credits Scheme which started on 1 April 2004 and is administered by the Enhanced Learning Credits Administration Service (ELCAS). Military personnel, having identified a particular RTS course to undertake, are able to complete a claim form on line from the link below and submit it to their Commanding Officer and Education Staff for approval. A Claim Authorisation Note (CAN) is then issued to the learner who with their 20% contribution/deposit assures a place on their chosen course of study.
